Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 17, 2026
This policy explains how Help4Docker Labs (“we”, “us”) processes personal data when you use the Service on help4docker.robo.test2.win, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable privacy laws.
1. Data controller and contact
The data controller is Help4Docker. For any privacy matter, including the exercise of your rights, contact our privacy team at privacy@help4docker.robo.test2.win.
2. Data we collect
We process the following categories of personal data:
- Account data — email address, role, and account timestamps (required to provide the Service);
- Usage data — lab sessions, progress, commands executed, and results (needed for the learning experience);
- AI chat data — messages you send to the AI assistant (needed to answer you);
- Payment data — plan, transaction references, and payment status (payment details are handled by our payment processor and never stored by us);
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, device information, and logs (security, fraud prevention, diagnostics).
3. Legal bases (GDPR Art. 6)
- Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) — creating your account, providing labs, processing purchases;
- Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) — security, fraud prevention, service improvement, and support;
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — non-essential cookies and marketing communications;
- Legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)) — tax, accounting, and legal compliance.
4. How we use your data
We use your data to operate the Service (run labs and sandboxes), process payments, provide the AI assistant, secure the platform, respond to support requests, improve the Service, and — only with your consent — send you product updates. We do not sell your personal data.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
We use essential cookies (session and security cookies, without which the Service cannot function) and, only with your consent, functional/analytics cookies that help us understand how the Service is used. You can change your choice at any time via the cookie banner or your browser settings. Essential cookies cannot be disabled without breaking the Service.
6. Third-party recipients
- Payment processor — processes card payments on our behalf;
- AI model provider — when you use the AI assistant, your chat messages are sent to our language-model provider to generate replies;
- Hosting and infrastructure providers — cloud hosting, databases, and email delivery;
- Professional advisers and authorities — where legally required.
We share only what is necessary, and we require recipients to process data under appropriate contracts.
7. International transfers
Some recipients may be located outside the EU/EEA. Transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
8. Data retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described: account data while your account exists (plus statutory periods), purchase records for tax periods required by law (typically up to 10 years), and technical logs for a limited period for security purposes. Upon deletion of your account, personal data is erased or anonymized within 30 days, except where retention is legally required.
9. Your rights (GDPR Arts. 15–21)
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data and receive a copy;
- Rectification of inaccurate data;
- Erasure (“right to be forgotten”), subject to legal retention duties;
- Restriction of processing;
- Data portability of data you provided us, in a structured format;
- Objection to processing based on legitimate interests, including direct marketing;
- Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing;
- Lodge a complaint with your national data-protection supervisory authority.
To exercise any right, email privacy@help4docker.robo.test2.win. We respond within one month.
10. Automated decision-making
We do not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects based solely on automated processing.
11. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Security
We apply technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk — encrypted transport, hashed credentials and tokens, restricted staff access, and isolated per-session execution environments.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page and, where appropriate, by email.
